• OUR STORY

Manojo Espadín—a deep, elegant, and irresistible expression of agave that will convert the novice and astonish the connoisseur.

The serendipitous journey of Manojo began when Chef Enrique Olvera (our imagineer) invited a few close friends on an unplanned trip to Oaxaca. Amidst a trip filled with food, drink, and dance, they discovered a duo of seasoned mezcal masters in the remote Oaxacan mountains. Together, they saw the potential to create a reputable mezcal, rooted in their craft and heritage.

Manojo is a heartfelt tribute to Oaxaca and its vibrant culture, dedicated to supporting the community of San Luis del Río. The name “Manojo,” meaning “a bunch,” symbolizes the founders, their ideas, and the project’s organic inception.
